Craniosacral – Ellen Duff

Ellen Duff, LMT is a 1995 graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute (now Cortiva Institute). She has practiced therapeutic massage and bodywork in Kingston and Manomet/Plymouth since 1995. In 1999 she added Reiki to her offerings, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher with Valerie Voner in 2004. In 2002 she began her training in Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute; she has taken Craniosacral Therapy I and II as well as Somatoemotional Release I. In addition to these, Ellen incorporates pieces of several advanced trainings into your treatment.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Ellen was a high school teacher of Chemistry, Religious Studies, and Public Speaking. She is the mother of two adopted girls, ages 14 and 11. Ellen has also taught Massage, Kinesiology, and Business Practices for Massage Therapists at Cape Cod Community College since 2004. Ellen is licensed by the State of Massachusetts, and has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 1995.
