Cranberry Hospice

Hope Floats Healing and Wellness Center and Cranberry Hospice and Palliative Care are pleased to announce a new collaboration designed to offer compassionate grief support in a comfortable, safe environment. Our first project will be to co-sponsor a support group for those coping with the death of a partner or spouse. The group will incorporate both educational and supportive care components. It will be co-led by the Cranberry Hospice Bereavement Coordinator and a specially trained, experienced hospice bereavement program volunteer.
